I had LUD on approved I-140 on 10/28/2007. Did you had one ?

I-140 / I-485 RD : 2/2005
I-140 : AD 07/2005
4 EAD / 4 APs

Based on this very small data thor these forum , can i detect a wishful trend?
I-140 LUDs are seen on approvalble cases if

If you are EB3 ROW & PD on or before June 2003 OR

If you are EB3 India and PD on or before Feb 2001.

I-140 was approved in may 2006. LUDs on approved I-140: somewhere post-may 2006 and on 11/04/07 (sunday!) - go-figure....

I partially agree with you goan2006.But if it is a System mainteneance then it should happen on every sunday right?I didn't add my I140 to my portfolio till today and while adding to my portfolio have noticed the LUD.

Relax guys, I have like 14 old approved cases in my portfolio and get a bunch of LUDs.
One of old H1bs approved back in 2002 was updated twice this year already.
