I'm a US Permanent Resident (GC) since Nov 2022 and received this debit card from "California Middle Class Tax Refund Card" last year.
I initially thought it was some scam but later found out this is legit.
There is roughly $500 on that debit card but if accessing that money jeopardize naturalization in any way (e.g it being considered public charge) down the road I'm better off without it.
Please clarify.
