I was told by my friemd that these days its very common to recieve letter back from SESA/DOL to reevaluate the appliaction and post new add in the paper, as we all now the labour market has changed drastically they want to maks sure that there is no eligible candidate from this country..whihc ofcourse makes sense.
Also it was mentioned if the whole process was done appropriately there wont be any delay (except for post the add wait for response etc.) in issuing LC.
Is it true that if SESA send the query there wont be further query from DOL..
