1) Yes I received the notes too but no preliminary score
2) I had no data in the english proficiency section either. I plan to take the IELTS in mid Nov because I cant take it earlier due to scheduling conflicts. I have already registered and paid for the exam.
3) Yes that is the bring forward date, but based on both mine and your case it is the AOR DATE + 1 YR if thats the same pattern for everyone I dont know how authentic that date is ex my AOR date is 7/21/03 & my B'FD date is 7/21/04
Another unrelated issue is that there is a good chance our files may move faster since no one seems to be applying anymore ie CIC is probably not getting that many new applications. Based on their website they are creating AOR's for appl received in August 2003. Thats like a jump of 3 months since last month. Maybe its an optimist's dream but I feel that processing timings will start picking up speed soon.
On the passport I would both fax & send my certified mail. If I would mail I would write the file # on the envelope also.
