Can Stamping be done at a different location !

I got the approval letter from Charlotte office. I will be in Orlando for work for the next few weeks. Is it possible to get the passport stamped in Orlando ?

I think you have to go to the location mentioned in the the approval letter.

yes, you can.

for me, the local INS office listed in 485 approval letter is South Portland, ME, but I got my passport stamped in Houston, TX.

My case was transfer on 19th of July and today is 18th Aug and I am still waiting for my Interview Notice from Charlotte Office. How long was your waiting time for Transfer date to Interview Notice. :mad:

In refrence to your question about the time it takes to recieve the interview letter it varies. In my case I got it in two months but not before I went to Charlotte myself and inquired. I am not sure but atleast thats what I would like to think that my going to charlotte got me the interview date faster.
