CA DOL Class-Action Lawsuit

Can't we file a class-action lawsuit against CA DOL? I am sick and tired of the way they are treating us. There must be a bunch of high school graduates sitting there deciding the fate of our cases. I am sure a lot of them dont even know what the hell some of us do at work. That explains why these dot codes dont make much sense. Why leave the decision in their hands? Lets sue the crap out of them. Surely there must be a way to do that. Anybody has any ideas?

We would need money and lots of it. Then we need to hire a good laywer... BUT class actions can take years (tens, maybe), so maybe our grandchildren will eventually benefit.

Besides, it kinda sucks that court has to reccess due to plaintiff being kicked off the country by the defendant
