C2C on TN visa

I have a Canadian corporation and I'm thinking about doing a C2C contract on a TN visa i.e. my Canadian corp bills the US company for my services. I've learned on this forum that doing a C2C contract on a TN visa is possible. Can someone please shed some light on how such an arrangement needs to be described in the offer/tn letter? The reason I'm asking is because I'll not be technically an employee of the US company.

The US corp you deal with would be your client, and the TN letter would simply say this.
