C/O address question

Hi Guys,

I have always used one of my friend's address on all my INS application stating it is a C/O address. My lawyer told me that I can put my friend's name in there as a C/O person. I did not use my previous employer/attorney address as I was afraid that they will try to screw me up when I will leave. Although I have always sent AR-11 form for the change of my address but I never called BCIS to change my address on my applictions.

Since I have already left the company and I am in the process of hring a new laywer. Should I inform INS to change the address on my application? Is there any risk of having C/O address on your application?

Thanks,

First have trust in BCIS

They are the ones who have to approve your case. No body else on the face of the earth :D:D

They are dealing with your application with all attachments.
If they do not know your proper address/ contact , what the hell they will do on earth .

It is high time... man ... inform them

I think you are not a terrorist to hide from them :D:D

am not sure abt C/o

But, INS really did not care about my address when I responded
to RFE. My Pay Stubs, W-2's and 1040 had NY address and
my case was filed at CSC based on a friends address in CA. I
never lived at that address. There was no C/0 in the address.

When moving it is a good idea to also call the 800 number and change address for each application.
