By looking at the form, can we find out EB2 or EB3 ?

Hi,

I got the "hard copy" of the (on-line submitted) form from my lawer. By looking at the form, I can't say that my lawyer has applied EB2 or EB3.
How do I find it out ?

Hard copy of what I-140 or LC?

If it's LC, you need to check Item-14 and compare that with USCIS guideline.

If it's I-140, check under petition-type (part-2, "d" is EB2)

Hi usnycus,

In my I-140 receipt notice, under notice type it is written sec 203(b) (2),
does it mean it is EB-2.

Please confirm

Correct, but what are you doing in LC forum? (should be in 140 sections - right?). ;)

Thanks for your reply.

I am not talking about I-140 or LC. I am talking about the "on-line application for PERM". My lawer applier on-line already and sent me the hard copy.

So by looking at the "hard copy" of the PERM application, will I know whether it is for EB-2 or EB-3 ?
