FOlks I know the pain of all old time filers .
I pray for all old timers should get approved before this sept 30th.

What message did you get from Ombudsman and congressman?
I send a request to Ombudsman with you help.
I got a message from Congressman on Aug 29th that my file is in queue to be adjudicated. Last Thursday took an infopas appointment. She spoke to Nebraska and informed that my case is pre -adjudicated and everthing is clear, it is in queue and there are lot of cases before me.

Not sure if there is any chances. Hoping for the best

Reply from Congressman:I got reply from my congressman on Aug 3rd that my case is under review with officer and I should hear from them before Sept 30th 2007.

Reply from Ombudsman : that I should hear from USCIS with 45 days from this notice (notice date is aug 15th 2007)if not contact us again thro fax or phone.

Reply from Senator: Last friday they called my office and they have left message saying" My case is processed and is pending in approval queue but they have no idea whether visa number is assigned or not".
I called my Senator office back : the same reply i got from them asking me to wait for 45 to 60 days, if not contact us again.
 
I had LUD on my case alone on 07/30 and 07/31
no LUD for my wife and son it had the old one april 17 2006.

vvvunlucky, duncanidaho you guys will get your approval soon
in june they told my case was also on extended review et etc....
i think they must have alloted visa nos for all old time filers ,
if all checks are cleared.
You will defintely get approved before sept 30th .

When did you give last FP?

I received mail from USCIS that my case is under Review. This case is out of processing time, you should get decision within 60 days.

I would like to know, did you get this message from Congrss or Senator?

I have given only one FP long back in SEP 2003, I don;t know what to do ?
Any suggestion??????????????

Last month we replied I-140 rfe, no news on that too.
