Pls take care of your discussion while placing on the board .That is really not good . If you want to ask any thing personal pls publish them in such a way that other person can understand easily (Using the high standardised teche language ..But placing directly statemenets always not good ..

This posting by me could be a case of sour grapes, but I think the moderators should report such cases to the INS to start a formal inquiry. When lots of deserving people are in quandry regarding their LC processing, we hear of people "selling" labor and the so called " labour substitution" methods where the person is supposed to come with his own contract. Boy this really sucks, the company filed a LC based on the fact that it does not have people to do the work *they have*, if they are asking for people to get their own work for the approved labor, I think it is mis-use of the provisons of the law. The whole H1/L1/or whatever community will be then targetted for the actions of a few.
