Which is cheaper or better to buy a new car in U.S and drive it to Canada then pay the Canadian taxes on it / or buy the new car in Canada, in this case I only pay one taxes Canadian taxes.
If I buy the car in the U.S and drive it to Canada how much I have to pay Canadian taxes, is it a flat rate or it’s percentage of the price of the vehicle?
How about a used car, is it different taxes than a new car?

I already landed last year, if I bring the car with me next time I enter canada, I'm I still be exempt from tax on the car. I never declared the car when I land the first time as a PR.

If you have not declared the car in the "goods to follow" list when you landed as a PR, then your car is not tax exempt. You will be charged GST and/or PST on the value of the car.

--- It is VERY expensive in Canada as compared to the US.

--- There are many well known companies - like meloche monex, TD insurance, CAA, etc. I have heard that GEICO also has a presence in Canada.
