Buy-Out Question

Hi. I hope someone could help me.

I am here in the US now with temporary I-551, sponsored by an employer. I don't have my Green Card yet.

My employer and I have disagreements regarding the employment. I would be willing to pay the expenses they incurred. It is a buy-out. My employer showed interest. And I intend to work for another company. Would that be okay for the USCIS provided that I still intend to do the same work duties as described in the labor certification but with a different employer?
 
in case of employment based GC, there is no such thing as temporary I-551.

I-551 is a GC. You already have your GC, even if you don't have a plastic card.
