I live and work in bangalore and have been refused a business visa twice...
1st time was thrugh previous employer at delhi consulate, the reason was that I did not know much about the project for which I was being sent for at which point in time my sister was a green card holder. This was in 2004 Nov.
This time I applied through my current employer and was refused a visa on the grounds that I am a potential immigrant. No my sister is a citizen of US.
Please let me know if there are any chances of me getting a visa to the US where I do not intend to settle as I have aged parents in my care though wish to meet my other team members in the US?
