Business Travel prior to applying for H1B

Hello

I submitting my H1B application thru my employer this year. I am slated to travel on my existing B1 Visa for a business proposal visit. Do you think a record of Business travel very close to the period of my H1B visa application interview may have an adverse effect on by H1B getting thru? i had spoken to few of my friends and many of them did say that it would. Any inputs on this is most welcome

Still your US employer has to submit H1 Petition to USCIS and it is not approved. what kind of Interview? once the H1 gets approved and US employer has job for you and you go for H1 visa stamping from US embassy or consulate only then you face Interview. if you travel to US on B1 visa why it will have adverse effect on your H1B approval from USCIS? what is the logic behind your" few of friends" advice???
