I was planning to go to my home country in dec so i applied and my multiple entry AP. My I485 (marriage based) is pending for almost 3 yrs now. I had my fingerprints done only once and I guess they expire after 15 months. I never got a notice to retake them and even asked a rep on infopass appointment and he told me I will get a notice in case my fingerprints are required again. I came on student visa (which has expired) and my company wants to send me to China for a business trip. I want to know if it is ok to travel to some other country rather than you home country on AP. Also will my expired fingerprints will be an issue at POE.
I would appreciate if someone can share their experience similar to mine.
