Me too. I have been legally staying at the country for 5 years. One year did Master and four years working as a professional and here I am - still waiting for the perminent residency approval.....

You need to broaden your horizon...Mexicans or any poor people working here illegaly are not bastards...Bastards are these white asses sitting in white house & INS and making people suffer with their white lies. Do you think these republicans really want to help anyone other than whites...This is just a polticial move to get hispanic/mexican votes.

Well, to me this deal is not too bad. They get what they want and I get what I want and at least this is win-win situation. Practically, if this was true, it would cause tremendous workload upon INS and hence we would wait much longer for the approval.
