Bush India visit

Just read in rediff, that Bush is visiting India in winter (not clear on dates). I guess there should be some kind of press meet for sure. Is it possible ask Indian press people to bring up retrogression issue?. Esp. discrepancy in Indian H1B contribution and the contry limit. How can we do this?.

Come on now, retrogression isn't bilateral issue.. No Country worth its salt will ask another country to relax immigration norms. Forget it. From an Indian viewpoint Cross border terrorism is more important, and we should put pressure on Bush to not have double standards w.r.t "harboring terrorists" part of his infamous speech.
