BSEE and 10+ years IT experience....TN Category????

I do understand from the answer I got for my previous post that B.S. Electrical Engineering and CSA are not the most ideal combination for TN. And unless one has a BSEE degree with quite a few computer courses, chances of getting TN on a CSA category is slim. If this is the case then what are my options? (Obviously H1 is not one of them). I'd rather try my luck finding needle in the hay stack.

Just to let you know, for last ten years I have mainly focused my career in Cisco related technology and my area of expertise is mainly designing and maintaining Technology Infrastructure using Cisco and other network/server gear. Presently my job title is Senior Systems Administrator, but in the past I have also held titles like IT Manager and Senior Network Analyst.

Is there anyone out there with similar educational/work experience mix and who has successfully obtained TN status? Any educated guesses? Any way out will be greatly appreciated. Canadian winters are getting longer and longer and my bones can't take it anymore. Thanks in advance.

Cheers.

ask your employer to see if they can simply change your System Administrator to System Engineer. you job duties can stay the same. also look into Prevailing wage and Onet. TN is a simple but tricky process, it wouldnt hurt you if you consulted a lawyer with TN experience. it wont be too expensive.
