Brothers Company with No Stake, GC?

I am working for my Brothers Company and applied for EB2 RIR labor application but I am not a stakeholder in the company. My Brother owning the company(Not entirely but he holds the majority control in the company) will it have any impact on my GC processing.

you cannot legally get GC from a company which you or your close relative owns.
 
Does any of you have any legal document supporting your assertions that you cannot get GC from your relatives company?
