Broad St, Newark walkable from Penn Station?

I have to get my stamping done. Was wondering if the INS office at Broad Street Newark is walkable from penn station. Do reply ASAP.

It's a 2 min walk from Newark Penn Station for men and 3 for women.

Not too far

But it is not too nearby to take a winter morning walk. You have lot of buses from penn stn. Or you can try a cab which should not cost you more than 5-6 bugs.

Its about 3 to mins walk from Newark Penn Station. Easy to locate too.
