bringing wife into US

Got married back home. I am US citizen. Applied for GC for my wife. Is there anything I can do to bring her here while waiting for GC?
 
You cant apply GC without her boarding once to USA. Anyway she can leave anytime as long as she boarded in USA.

Where did you apply?
Apply at New Delhi. She can come within 2 to 3 months with green card.
 
actually i applied here tennessee for I-130. Anyways I can bring her here while waiting for this?
 
You can reapply I-130 at New Delhi. She will be able to come with Green card within two months.

If you sit here it will take forever.

You can also bring your wife on K3 visa to be applied at consulate. It will take around 6 months. It is better to apply I-130 at New Delhi.


I am sorry I assumed you as an Indian suggested as New Delhi. If you are not from India you can apply at your country consulate if it has an BCIS office. Call your consulate ask them about filing I-130.
