I have asylum based greencard since Dec 2004. I maried US citizen on July 2006. Can I apply I-130 for my parents, but my wife to be a sponsor for them since I'm not a citizen yet. I should be getting my citizenship i July 2009, but I need my parents here now, since my wife is pregnant..Anybody knows the answer???Both of my parents have been previously denied for visitor US visa.

you should have called them for your marraige... you can try now for a tourist visa giving the reason of your wife getting pregnant and they want to be here for that... other than that you can apply only once you are citizen.

Unless something has changed with your parents situation back home, I don't see its likely they will be any more successful with a visitor visa this time around than before. They need to show close ties to their home country, and an intention to return, otherwise they will be denied a visa again.

Your wife cannot sponsor your parents on your behalf. The I-130 requires you to send your birth certificate showing your parents names, and hence the immediate-family relationship. Unfortunately you are just going to have to wait until you get your own US citizenship.

Never mention that your daughter/daughter-in-law is pregnant and the reason of your trip is for her delivery and to take care of the baby, when you go for a tourist visa. This would lead to rejection of the visa.

I have a friend who got his parents using that, but yeah she had twins and they were pre-mature.

I have heard the same. If you mention about pregnancy and delivery stuff, you end up with rejection for tourist Visa.
