Bringing dependant mother and brother

I work for a software firm in Bangalore and my company has agreed to sponsor me an L1. I have a dependant mother (housemaker) and a brother ( 9 years old - in 5th std school ) in India.

Is it not possible to bring mother and brother as dependants on an L1 visa ?
Are there any other visas that I may qualify as skilled labour that will enable me to bring my mom and brother?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, dependent visa such as L2 is available only to spouse and sons/daughters who is unde 21 years old.
