hello,my baby will born after my interview with a few days i want to bring it with me to us,his father is lawful permanent resident and ill get 10 years in visa, should i tell to consular officer about my baby ?? can the baby added in my petition after i get the visa what should i do and how much time take this process??

What is the background of your case? Are you interviewing for a green card? Are you immigrating based on a marriage-based petition filed by your permanent resident spouse, or were you added as a dependent to your spouse's employment-based process? Or something else like DV lottery?

im trought F2A process married with green card holder and live outside usa more that tree years ill get 10 years in visa in the day of interview ,my husband filled for me a petition i130 for alien relative and im waiting for interview from nvc center.

You won't immediately get 10 years for the visa. You'll get a 6 month immigrant visa in your passport, then a few weeks after being admitted to the US the 10 year green card will be delivered to your residence.

If the baby is born after your visa is issued, the baby won't need a visa to accompany you to the US. See the first page of www.state.gov/documents/organization/87519.pdf

But if the baby is born before the visa is issued (which might happen if there is a delay with the issuance of your visa), you would have to get the baby added to the petition as a derivative beneficiary.

1-If the baby is born after your visa is issued what will be the process and documents needed in the port of the entry?
2-how much time take to prepare them?plz what will be the process ??

3-But if the baby is born before the visa is issued how can i add him as derivative should i tell that to consulare officer in the day of interview because my case now is completed ad forwarded to my oriiginal consulate? what documents needed and how much time take this process??

If the baby is born after your visa is issued (and before the 6 months of the visa expires), then the only documents you'll need to bring the baby to the US are the baby's passport and birth certificate. And the baby needs to accompany you when entering the US. It may also help to print off the first page of the document I linked to in post #4, in case the airline agent gives you a problem because they're not aware of that rule. If they still give a problem, ask for the supervisor. If the supervisor also gives a problem, ask them to call the consulate to verify that what you're saying is true.

If the baby is born before the visa, you'll need to file a DS-230 with the consulate (just like you already filed DS-230 for yourself) and pay the fee, and your spouse will need to send you a revised I-864 with both you and the baby listed on it (and his income must be sufficient for the increased household size due to the baby), for you to bring to the baby's consular interview.

And you should definitely tell the consular officer that you're expecting to deliver a baby in a few days, and ask them about your concerns.
