Bring my brother and his family to US

I would like to bring my brother and his family to US. Could anyone help me with the following questions? Thanks.
1. If I file I-130 on behalf of my brother, will this affect him applying working visa? He sometimes comes to US for business matters.
2. This petition may take 10 or even 15 years. His child is now 15. Will the child still be able to change status if the application is approved 10 years later (the child wil be 25 at that time)?

A---- I doubt it will affect is business trips.

A---- Well-- I once heard about a case like that and what happened is that for some X reason it all worked out for good. The children (over 21 when the visas were finally available) got their stuff without a problem. But it depends on so many factors. But either way, do it.. file the i-130... because with the new reform .. there will be a double increase in the visa quotas for family based immigration, because they will remove "immediate relatives from cap" and that will leave Categroies 1, 2A, 2B,3 & 4 with more visas available; therefore, it will shorten the waiting time.
