Bring a 30 year old brother

I am advised to bring a 30 year old brother on a family/relative visa. Is that remotely possiblle? If so, how long would it take him? I heard it can take up to a decade. Should i go ahead file or...?

If you want yes. It takes more than 10 years for the moment but possible. File I 130 for him ASAP so clock starts tickling. (given that you are a US citizen)
