Breaking the Rental Lease

GK1999

Hi,
Any of you know that, is there any (Florida) Law available not to pay any money to the leasing office if you break the rental lease because of buying a home for first time in Florida without any prior notice.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks

I looked into that URL and I haven't found any information for break the lease for first time home buyer. If you do have any pin point of it, pls give more specific details in that site.

In your lease agreement they will mention, you can break the lease provided if you purchase new home as one of the break condition clause. Normally every lease agreement must contains this clause. I think you don't need to pay any money for leasing office. For anymore information contact any real estate broker.
