I just read a wire report across my computer screen that negotiators from the House and the Senate have reached a deal on the REAL ID Act. It appears that the cap removal provision has been included.

What are the specifics please?

Did they moderate the asylum provisions somewhat (like still allowing for meaninful judicial review)? And did they allow the states the option of granting driving-only licenses to undocumented aliens?
