Bother mention about Speeding Tickets? + PA Timeline

Is it necessary to mention

a) actual tickets that you received (speeding/moving etc)
b) every time you got pulled over but never got a ticket
c) every time you got a ticket but fought it in court

Also Philadelphia Timeline anyone?
 
I am not sure how much credibility this adds, but the 2 times that I called BCIS, they told me that I need to list down all traffic violations (besides parking) in the N-400.
