Both Me and my Spouse Got RFE, is this normal ?

Here are my details.
EB2, PD Feb 23, 2003.
140 RD 9/25/03, Approved 04/04
485 RD 9/25/03, RFE 2/14/05

I got e-mail from USCIS saying that they requested for more information. They have the same update for me and my wife. Do RFEs normally come for both the Primary and Secondary applicants at the same time ?

I got married after I filed for 485 and my wife applied for 485 in June , 2004.

------------------ it means you filed your I-485 before you were not married and your wife filedI-485 after the marriage. did you attach marriage certificate copy with herI-485? did you attach I-134 with her I-485? or it may be for birth certificates, post the info when you get the RFE letter
and my wofe applied for 485 in June , 2004.

I did submit Marriage Certificate to the Attorney when we applied for my wife. Is I134 the affidavit of support ? I did give it. I will post once my lawyer receives RFE.

Myself, my wife, and my 3 kids all got an RFE. The RFEs weren't related to each other. (I know all of the items were included in the original package).

Myself - Medicals again.
Wife - Biographic info..again
Son 1 - Medicals again.
Son 2 - Proof of legal entry. Proof that we're his parents.
Daughter - Proof of legal entry. Proof that we're her parents.

Does any one know - Does USCIS send the RFE to both the candidate and the lawyer in the case of a I-485 ?

ravioli_21_99 - Was this the only RFE you got ? How long did take for them to approved after you repolied to RFE ?
 
It's the only RFE we've received so far. It was just sent back this week, so I'm still waiting to see how long it will take to approve our 485. (or issue another RFE).

Ok, I have the information about my RFE. My Lawyer says he did not have any RFE "YET" for my wife. My RFE is EVL (Employment Verification Letter).
WIll there be another RFE coming in for my wife ? Or they just updated both the cases with the same RFE ?

And how complicated is RFE for Employment Verification ? Is this considered very normal ? I have been with the same employer and have higher salary then the professed salary !!
