I'm happy to inform that both my 140 & 485 approved concurrently on Mar'1,05.

I was so upset yesterday and i have decided not to think abt it. Thank GOD!

Substitute labor PD : July, 2000
140 AD : Mar 1st, 05
485 AD : Mar 1st, 05
Dependent 485 : Mar 1st, 05

you made it. I guess the guys at USCIS heard your yellings ;-) Enjoy the freedom

Congratulations on your approval.

I am happy that the USCIS is still doing Concurrent Adjudication.

I Remember communicating with you.Your Labor was substitutted and you had to submit the Educational Evaluation.

Just one piece of Info.The Original Labor was asking for Electrical or Computer Science Engg.Did the Original Labor Certification also have the Word "Or Equivalent". ie did it have the words "Electrical or Computer Science Engg or Equivalent".

There is no word 'equivalent' in the substitute labor. But have double major one in Computers.
 
i had one question wantgcasap..did you have to redo your medicals.?? are they valid for only 15 months?? 15 months is up for my medicals...if so should we redo them proactively or wait for CIS to ask for it??

i did not do any medical again, i guess CIS will ask for it if they need ..

Sure, i'll post my experience. I got the appointment for 16th, but i cancelled as i'm looking for early next week.

All 2003 guys, hang on... In my case, i totally lost hope and i was counting on the day when will i receive the denial letter and whether to go for MTR...

Looks like when we don't think abt it at all, it will happen. I WISH EVERYBODY GET THEIR APPROVALS SOON.
 
KGY, How did you send your I-140 Inquiry? Did you write a letter to USCIS? or did your Employer/Attorney send a letter to USCIS?
My I-140 (EB2) is pending since Jan 2004. My attorney sent a letter to inquire about my case. No reply and Nothing happened. Applied for 2nd EAD/AP on 02/13/05. No 1st FP yet. No idea whats happening with my case.
