Hi, I'm using an attorney to file for asylum in Boston. She says there is a huge backlog and hasn't taken any of her clients for interviews since Jan 2012 (yet she submits an average of one asylum case a month and has about 35 pending cases). She cites backlog as the reason........... My application is complete, all my evidence is in place she will be in a position to submit next week. Has anyone here filed in Boston and what are your experiences (I know many people have asked this same question pertaining to different cities/ states, however I would appreciate feedback TIA)
