Did you guys have your interview at boston ? From your earlier posts, I know you have interview set in March. I am eager to find how your interviews went. Can you please update us ?

interview today

ok.. we went to interview with so many preparations.. tension.. etc..

went around 1.20 pm. today (march 31st). The officer take us to his cabin.. asked us to raise our hands to take the oath.. whatever the information we are providing is true.. etc. and ask us to sit.. verify address and phone number..

asked us, we have any other marriage or marriage dispute etc?

asked us to give the passport. took off the i-94 from both of ours passport..

then, told, if you are moving out of the present address you should notify the INS within 10 days of move.

Then, he said, he needs to do background check. he said, there will not be much surprises (even if i could guess what he means.. i don't know what he really means..).. as things are ok..

you will be receiving letter about your approval in few days (!!!!) as soon as i can work on.. may be tonight (???)..

this is what he said..

but we are totally tensed.. if you see us on video.. as if we are in suspicious act.. nervous.. thats it..

appah.. whatever it comes.. let us wait and see..

Congratulation!!! Thank you for updating us with the interview details. Looks like they did not go thru your documentation much because the case may not be complicated. Please post the complete details after you get your approval letter and also the stamping experience.

My RFE was for Employment verification and Status verification. Sent employment letter from the employer and copies of my h1, EAD etc., After that they transferred my case to Boston.

got approval

we got the approval letter today in mail.

i cannot express my feelings.

good luck to everyone. I know it is a pain to wait.
