Boston interview

Your presence at the interview is proof enough that 245i has been applied to your case. The point I was trying to make in my previous posts was how many question would one face if the applicant is a beneficiary of 245i and he is the primary applicant not secondary applicant.
Anna if you are still reading these post please let us know if your husband was the beneficiary of 245i or not??

I am saying if the I485 was filed without suppliment A (245i), and the officer later determines you are not eligible for AOS... and you ask the officer if 245i can be applied, which you are eligible for. Can it be taken care of during the interview?

Thanks

you are talking about one friendly officer which I dont think you will ever see in your life. My advice would be to contact a lawyer to make this determination that if you qualify under 245i or not or if you already have a lawyer filed your I485 you should seriously consider firing him because this is a very basic determination which he should have made when he filed your application. Talk to a lawyer. Good Luck. Keep us up to date about your we will try to help if we can.
