He only ask my lawyer if the case was 245i and she just said yes and he didn't ask anything else.Like I said above only passaports, employment cards, social security cards, drivers licence, I94, nothing more.

You are lucky that your case was transferred in Jun 2004 and you are done with interview. My case was transferred in May 2004 and haven't heard from Boston office yet. Don't know what is going on ?

around 4 years

Thank you for another prompt reply. One last question were you the primary applicant or the beneficiary. What I want to know is if you were the primary applicant (benefitting from 245i).

My husband was the primary applicant.

they do not mention what document to bring.

We will be appearing for an interview. IN the letter they did not mention what document to bring. It appears that they are calling for a specific issue. Why don't they mention what specific document to bring. They just mentioned to bring all originals..

I am sorry for repeating the same subject. Your husband was the primary applicant and he was the one who was out of staus right? The reason I am asking you this question is if the secondary applicant was out of status the ins could care less because that person is getting benefit from the primary applicant. They would ask questions about out of status if your husband was out of status in the past.

Thank you for providing all the information.

ana2004 if you are still out there please respond.

What happens if the officer realises the applicant was out of status during the interview, is there a chance for the 245i to be applied if the applicant qualifies.

Thanks
