Boston Fingerprinting - how long does it usually take ?

Hi,

I have an appt for this friday at 2pm at Boston for my FP.
How long is the wait/how long does it take there to get done. ?
I have an hour commute and unable a reschedule an important
5pm work meeting. obviously, I am going to try to be there by 1pm...
to see if they have can take me in faster... but just wanted to
know what to expect.

Not too long!

When I had my fingerprint taken, it took about an hour and a half tops, most of which was spent waiting for my turn. I am assuming that the FP session will take place at the Portland Street office of the USCIS. Note that parking is quite horrible and you might have park some distance away.

took 2 hours

We ended up taking the train to North Station. Turned out to be the best as parking was difficult and expensive around the area. just 2-3 mins walk from North Station.

However, it took us a full 2 hours for us - we waited for 1 hour 45 mins. before our number got called. It helped since we arrived 1/2 hour earlier. It looks like you can go much earlier than your alloted time.
