Hi,

Any there anyone know how long it takes for my lawyer to get the approval letter after my LC application get approved by DOL?

SUN that is cool. They probably did 2 days work on a single day. Can you believe there are

cases that DOL received in Feb and they got approved in May. 3 months. These guys are lucky.
 
Could someone estimate the time taken to process NOF rebuttals.

I got NOF for my case from DOL. The final action date is 05/30. Could some one tell the approximate time taken to process or will I get any priority over the others (My RD is 11/01)
 
The hard copy time...

I want to know that too, my case was approved by DOL 3 weeks by now, but my attorney still say he revceived nothing. I donot know whether he is lazy or true. Anyone can help here?
 
yeah, I think they might have updated the DB for cases on 17 and 20

on 20th. I know man, lucky guys....well, hopefully we will be there too...

it is such a long wait for each step, it is longer and longer, I remember Pikachu only wait 2 weeks to get his hard copy!
 
before DOL

The DOL is doing a really good job, but my LC is still with CT state labor department and they are processing RIR april 30th, 2001. My PD is December 01. I wonder how long I will have to wait before I could get in this queue. Your expert opinion is greatly appreciated!

how many cases are pending and of which month at DOL? I think you were maintaining a nice table format for the above.

Whenever you get a chance, please update the table and I hope you have a great weekend.

Also, I was wondering should it matter to anybody if we list the company name along with the list you (for others Sun Ray) publishes?

Thanks Sun Ray Bhai for the update, looks like processing times
have been reduced to around 2-3 months now in Boston DOL.
I heard from an unoffical source that their goal is to keep it at 89 days for any case. They are coming pretty close to it as far as we can tell.

who is it that you have heard this from. i am sure they are trying and the result is a lot of NOF\'s and RIR rejects.
 
Processing pattern

looking at the pattern there are 2 possibilities:
a) They are picking cases based on PD rather than RD
b) They are planning on cleaning up all non-IT cases first

Sun Ray thats a good observation. But I do see some IT folks in the
list as well. Like Software Engineer and Programmer Analyst.

Sun Ray can u post ur e-mail address or atleast the subject line and message body we need to send in the e-mail to DOL. I am trying to automate the porcess of posting daily reports with better analysis with a better parser maybe ..
 
What does this mean ??

Received Regional Office: 05/16/2002
Current Status : Notice of Findings Issued -- FINAL ACTION Due On 06/24/2002. Posted on 05/20/2002.

1. Does the above mean that Boston DOL received the application on
5/16/2002 and issued a NOF ? (Does Regional Office mean
Mass SESA or Boston DOL ?? )

2. Also, can DOL give NOF after SESA gives approval ?

3. How can processing be done in 4 days 5/16 to 5/20 ??

it means all of the above.

Yes the app was receives at DOL at Boston.
They can always reject a case issue a NOF or RFE
Finally if you are lucky(maybe better a cook) your case might be looked in 4 days.

Also there is no subject required in the email to boston.

All you need to is send an email to lcstatus01@XXXXXXXx and in there just list all the case numbers you want to find the status about. Make sure you send one email per day and include all the numbers so that you don\'t overbburden the system and crash it.
