Maybe it is because the layoffs at big companies tend to spash the headlines they are held in tough scrutiny but lesser mortals should be fine.

My application is still at MA SESA and neither do i have a case number nor a way to find the status of it by calling anyone.

I am new to the list. First of all thanks to Rahul and you all for contributing to this list. The case no\'s that Rahul post daily are 8 digit - 013*****, while mine is a 9 digit 200******, PD 09/01. Is this OK or I need to get another no. This is what my lawyer gave me. Good luck guys and thanks in advance.

You got the MA SESA case number. You may have to wait for atleast 6 more months to get the DOL case number when your application reaches DOL.

Hi I have tried to email my case number to the DOL but the mailerdemon keeps returning it I got the mail address posted on another discussion LCSTATUS@doleta.gov is this the right address??
I am trying to track down my case as my Lawyer is tooo busy getting new clients!!!!! forgetting about us

What\'s happening how do you find out all this info and statistics its really good that you are putting it out their to give people peace of mind
Just wondering if you knew how many cases were pending from april - July so I can get a rough idea of how long its taking??
