Boston DOL Region- - I tracker Part III

Thanks MarbaroBell! How about your case?

Marlbaro Bell,
Did you file for a new labor??? What is your status.
My best wishes for you!!!!

DOL has processed about 44 cases per day on a average. (Ie.. 626 cases/14days)..

What REALLY sucks is...

My case is in that monster load, certified.

Certified six weeks AFTER the company closed down. And I\'m now working for one of those \'household name\' companies with mega-layoffs, so I probably have no chance for a labor cert in the near future :(

Hold on Marborobell..you would get it!!

almost everyone in same boat...!! lets Keep the Hope Alive!

thanks for the latest data. My case no is 01311263. I could see the case numbers has crossed my case number. Why did it happen? can someone explain me about my case situation?
Thanks

keep it cool man

You\'ve been a great help on this board and we all look for
a brighter future in the coming years ... usually most companies
will wait 6 months since the last layoffs before they will apply for
LC again. Keep the faith, don\'t give up. Hope is your best friend.
Same thing applies to you Rahul.

Guys help me!!! shed some light... thanks

to start I don\'t have my case# RD etc., but I know LC ws filed on 05/17/2001. priority date is Feb 2001.
when I see the processing time SESA processing may 23, 2001 and DOL jun\'01, does this mean mine is already processed.

any info in this regard is very much apreciate, and many thanks ahead.

By the way 1 Question guys??? We are happy that a lot of applications are getting approved but ....

i did see a lot of NOF and that scares me to death. Can we safely assume that these are cases from the big companies with massive layoffs or a trend for all RIR apps

Daily Case report ????????

Any Body has any idea how to get daily case report from doleta server.
My guess its related with ACU automated email system. But don\'t know how to get daily report.

Any body can think of something else ??

Ok,

Rahual and Marlborobell send out all possible case numbers to DOL automatic email server and check out those got processed. Then, they post the result on this board. You got it?

I think the result set is got by date, not by case#

IMHO,

The input information contains the processed date , not the possible case nos. If you send only the numbers, then you will get info for thousands of cases. but, we get only the cases processed on a particular day.

WHAT HAPPENED GYES....NO UPDATES OF LAST TWO DAYS....!!

Rahul, Marlborobell, Pichachu...whare are you gyes...?

Been following this last thread with interest.. There is no way (at least that I know of) to get the cases by processed date !

Yes, SMEYYUR, you need to download case info for thousands of cases and then parse that data to pick up cases processed on a certain date. You cant do it manually but its not as difficult as it sounds !
