Dear Members,
I am a Canadian Citizen. I have received a job offer from a USA based small start up company. The job start date is 15th May. I have received the TN appointment at Peace bridge on 17th May at 3 PM. My question is: Will this be okay? Or Will I be considered working illegally for 2 days without TN status for a US Company?
Also, the US company has the HR team in Sri Lanka (Sri-lankan) company is their parent company. Although US company makes $10 mn in revenue, it does not have any staff in US. I will be their one any only employee as of now. The support letter was signed by the Sri Lankan HR team. However, they might not be able to pick up call after 1 PM Eastern time. Will this create any problem during the crossing?
