Bogus 140 Processing Dates...

Processing dates for 140 doesn't make any sense.

According to ImmigrationWatch.com

RD 8/2003, if
75%luck -> cleared by 3/2004
50%luck -> cleared by 9/2004
25%luck -> cleared by 3/2005
No Luck -> cleared by 8/2005

This logic makes perfect sense instead of going by the processing dates. At this rate if one assumes no luck 140 is cleared in 2 years and 485 cleared in 4 years from the RD.

I think this is because of they process some new and some old cases. I am not seeing any effort to reduce backlog cases (pending more than 11months)

Anyone seeing any effort to reduce the backlog?

Keep in mind this rate takes in account all I140 dates irrespective of Categories, so it doesnt present a true picture
 
Also i could never beleive this website, I tried my best to tell me that they are good but could not digest there stupidity
