After my explanation why the AO has me so irate, and the actions I took to rectify his unacceptable behavior, I went through my mail, and got a "generic" letter from USCIS. It seems it is in response to the "polite" IO I was transferred to and spoke to on 11/17/2009, when I contacted the NSC. I did not tell the IO the details of my unpleasant interview, only that I had my interview on 9/22/2009, hand delivered the requested documents on 9/25/2009, and I still had not heard from the interviewing IO. The letter reads:
Department of Homeland Security
USCIS
300 N. Los Angeles Street
Los Angeles, CA. 90012
11/20/2009
Receipt #: NBCxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Referal #: WTCxxxxxxxxxxxxxLOS ( this was given to me by the IO I spoke to on 11/17/2009)
USCIS Acount #: xxx-xxx-xxx
