My employer is filing my L1A application under Blanket Petition. I am little bit concerned as I heard there is very stringet criteria for L1A. Could someone please clarify following urgently-
1. Will it be easier if my employer files individual petition for L1A?
2. What could be the reason employer filing Blanket Petition?
3. If I enter USA on Blanket L1B - Is labor certification required for appltying permanent residency.
4. Can my employer file for L1B under Blanket Petition even if I have worked only for 6 months with him in last 3 years?
My petition due for filing on Monday, urgent help will be much appreciated.
