Hello,
I'm horrified about the issues around student visas!
Isn't there any possibility to get a (student) visa that is not tied to a single school? I want to bring a lot of money into the US but I want to go there and search and choose the school myself. I might choose a school that is not used to international students, so they can't issue an I-20 (which is THE key, right?).
Is that right - I can't attend small schools at all as an non-immigrant (because they don't have info on visa issues)?
Has anybody some experience or advice how to be able to stay legally in the US for more than 90 days and attend a (vocational) school?
How is full time studying controlled if it is required for the visa?
