I have received all NOA for both of my parents today, so I called to make appts, I did my mom with no problem because she was next to me, the girl in the phone said she couldn't do my dad's because he wasn't here, she said to call back
I did called back, 20 min later when my dad came, this time the person in the phone tells me my dad already has an appt scheduled for may 8 in Tampa!!!!!; we live in pttsburgh and nobody called before me, but she verified name, dob, and A#, and it was for my dad, anyway she changed for pittsburgh.
but i got me thinking, if we didn't know then the date could pass by, the one for Tampa and my dad will be an no-show and he will be fried!!! scary?
anybody heard something like that before?
