What are the possiblities of getting an RFE.If the Birth cetifiacte
has misspled name on It.
Can you guy's post if u have similar problem.
MY name is fine,my mom's name is also fine.But my
dad's name is miss spelled.Only the first letter.
It's written in both my native language(tamil) and in english.
For P they have wrote B.
Please suggest what should i dne morething i
am not even sure if i submitted an copy of my BC.
i had just finished my second finger print.

did you spell your dad's name on the birth certificate?
jokes apart. i dont think that will make a difference.
but if you have not submitted one at all then you will in all likelihood get a RFE.
