BirthCertificate with OCI

I am applying OCI just for myself. I am a Naturalized USC and want to know if we need to send the copy of the birth certificate that was given in India?

and Part B question 16

Does the country permit dual citizenship.....? I know USA does not allow dual citizenship. do we have to answer "No" or "Yes".

If you have your Indian passport, a copy of that is sufficient - you don't need your birth certificate. The answer to Q 16 is 'Yes'.

US allows dual citizenship..so, the answer is YES
