Yes, and also members of my family, including the new born, since i applied as a married lady with child and with an additional new baby who is my dependant (applicant), i downloaded a copy of the form for him, filled, signed and submitted for him.
I'm sure you and you hubby filled your forms and submitted to KCC, also your new baby will need a filled form to also submit to KCC before you become current. On your babys form, he is the applicant, like they'd need his/her datas and also signature, but since he can't sign as a minor, you can sign on his/her behalf.

I hope you understand.

thanks for your response.. i did not quite understand that i had to sign for the baby and i went ahead and signed like my signature when i sent the forms when i added the baby's information coz i filled all 230 like i was doing again all what i did was to include the dependent since my first ones i had no dependent... but i guess it is not a big deal since they emailed me and said they will include the information in my case.. what do you think?

I think it's still ok, either you fill the whole form and include your baby as your dependant or fill a new form for your baby and sign on his behalf, to me the end result is that they replied and said the information will be included in your case file.

At the time of the interview just print the email threads from KCC on this issue and take it along, incase you're asked about it.

In a nutshell, I don't think it's an issue. I wish you luck and Pls pray for us, our interview is in 2nd week of July.
