Hi,

I have couple of issues..!!

A)My Birth Certificate was issued recently...Is this a sort of bother? Read in discussions, that it should be issued within 2yrs of birth, else need to be accomapnied by an affidavit from pareents&elders? Help Pls
B)My Wife\'s Birth Certificate was issued months after her birth, but her last name is missing and her first name has been shortened...
e.g., Marybeth Fernandez appears as Mary.
Is this suffice or need to have an affidavit from parents and elders
C)OUr marriage Certificate has my name in full and her name reading
Fernandez Marybeth (just an expansion of initials F.Marybeth led to
Fernandez Marybeth, while Marybeth Fernandez is the order of first/last name. Does this need an affidavit too...

Iam awaiting I140 approval and need this clarified by gurus over here to get prepared in advance.......

Thanx a lot..!!

For these kind of issues, I believe it is best to contact a good lawyer. People on this forum might speculate on possibilities but nevertheless, you should contact a lawyer before taking any steps.

I personally have never faced this issue and so un-fortunately cannot throw more light on this.
